Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Plugbeam's connectors, website and related services (the "Service"). By connecting or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. The Service
Plugbeam provides connectors that let AI assistants such as Claude read data from third-party services you authorise, starting with Google Search Console. The connectors are read-only unless a connector's documentation says otherwise.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You sign in through a third-party account, such as Google. You are responsible for activity under your connection and for keeping your accounts secure.
3. Third-party services
The Service depends on services we don't control, including Google APIs and Anthropic's Claude. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or how they process data you send them. If a third party changes or withdraws access, we may need to change or stop a connector.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data you are not authorised to access, or connect accounts you don't control;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, security measures or access controls of the Service or of third-party APIs;
- reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service;
- use the Service to break the law or violate the rights or terms of others.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated or if it is needed to protect the Service or other users.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it to provide the Service, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Beta, fees and changes
The Service is currently free and offered as a beta. We may introduce paid plans; we will tell you before any charge applies, and paid features will only be enabled with your consent. We may add, change or remove features, and we may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Plugbeam. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks. Google, Search Console and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners; Plugbeam is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Anthropic.
8. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from third-party services, or answers an AI assistant produces from it, will be accurate or complete. Check important decisions against the original source.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plugbeam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting it in Claude and revoking access in your third-party account settings. We may end or suspend your access as described in section 4. Sections 5 and 7 to 10 survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
